As a co-founder and CEO of Kodebyraaet, I had the honor of working alongside some of the brightest minds in design and technology, managing a talented team of 20 engineers.

Over the years, we became known not just as a tech studio but as a partner that startups and global design agencies could trust. We took great pride in helping startups accelerate their growth, bringing ideas to life with agility and precision, and collaborating with world-renowned design agencies to craft innovative digital services. More than anything, we focused on building an awesome culture—one where creativity, curiosity, and craftsmanship thrived. It’s this foundation that allowed us to build incredible teams capable of solving the toughest problems and creating products that users love.

One of the standout journeys from the Kodebyraaet years was the creation of Tikkio.com, a self-service ticket sales platform that started as an internal project. What began as a simple solution to streamline event ticket sales quickly gained momentum, attracted funding, and evolved into a full-fledged business. This experience taught us invaluable lessons about nurturing an idea from conception through to execution, scaling it, and ultimately letting go when time was right.
